ARRIVALS
We will be ready to welcome you between 4pm and 6pm with a pot of tea and slice of homemade cake! If you cannot make these times, please contact us.

SMOKING
We have a strict non-smoking policy throughout the house. However, guests are permitted to smoke in a designated outside area.

CANCELLATION AND DEPOSITS
We require a deposit of one night's payment at the time of booking which if you book through our website will be taken by our secure automated payment system.  If you need to cancel with less than 14 days notice the full amount will be due, unless we are able to re-let the room. If you cancel with more than 14 days notice there will be no further cost to you. If you need to cancel please let us know as soon as possible.

DAMAGE AND BREAKAGES
You are responsible for any damage, loss or breakage during your stay.

RESPONSIBILITY
We at Oak Lodge accept no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury to any persons or property (including cars) whilst in the boundaries of Oak Lodge.
